We boarded a flight to Maui and were so excited to continue the fun!
Our first stop was to a little spot called Tin Roof. We had heard so much about how good the food was and people were not lying. It is only open for 4 hours a day and it was flooded the moment the doors were unlocked at 10am!!!!
As soon as we got to the Hyatt in Maui, we were floored by how beautiful this place was!! They even had penguins that were fed every morning. It was interactive so the kids got to do it as well.
Time to hit the beach! Tj was in immediately and the girls were freaking out! They were worried about Dad in the waves.
Of course, no one smiles at the same time.
Worn out after the kiddie pool.
Hey Lando!!
The next day we went out for breakfast before we headed for the Road to Hanna!
Driving the Road to Hanna is about 8 hours long (one way). We were under time constraints so we knew we wouldn't be able to do the entire thing. But after the winding roads began, I knew there was no way I would have been able to do the whole thing if I wanted to, and I didn't, along with everyone else.
The twin peaks was our first stop and it was really cool, until it started to pour!
After the Road to Hanna, we attended our second luau! Good but not better than the one in Kauai!
Looks like these two did not appreciate what was happening with this little girl during their hula lessons!
We finally got the opportunity to see the island from the water! This was hands down one of my favorite parts of the trip.
Hey baby bump!
It was mainly my favorite part because I was able to snorkel without panicking and it paid off!!! We got to see a sea turtle up close and personal under water, it was the best thing I've just about ever seen.
This girl kept inching closer and closer to the water before we finally got the hint that she wanted to get in.
You were so good to us Maui!!
The last stop on our trip was to San Fran! We decided to break up the trip back home by spending a couple days there. We hit some of the major spots and Tj and I got to show our parents Napa Valley, which we loved the first time we went. No drinking of course for me but it was still enjoyed, oh and you already know In & Out was on the list!!
We'll never forget this trip as long as we live!!
