Year 7 Anniversary Trip| Belize Part 2

We usually jump around on our vacations to keep from getting bored. We boarded another puddle jumper and headed to Placencia for our last 3 days. Placencia is becoming more and more popular for tourism but it is not yet over crowded. There is a village with great restaurants and lots of shopping. We were met at the airport by one of the managers of the Caribbean Beach Cabanas and the place was just as beautiful as the pictures.

Year 7 Anniversary Trip| Belize Part 1

Ok guys, I'm finally sharing pictures from our trip to Belize. Many of you know that Tj and I take a trip together annually to celebrate our Anniversary. We've been doing it since year one and it is something we look forward to every year. Picking the destination and planning the trip always builds lots of excitement. This was our first time leaving Lois and it seemed like a very long 8 months. So much has unfolded since her birth and it was a much needed getaway for us. Our actual anniversary is not until the 26th of this month but we were due to be in Orlando for my brother's graduation so we planned the trip around this time. We left the girls in Florida and kept it pushing. We made this a shorter trip due to the fact that I was still breastfeeding, which meant lots of pumping for me. Not how I prefer to spend my vacations but nothing could put a damper on this trip.

I can't tell you why we chose Belize but I'll tell you that it should be on your list! It was absolutely beautiful!! Our first couple of nights were spent on a private island off the coast of Dangriga or Stann Creek Town. This place was INCREDIBLE!!! The island is 9 miles of the coast and is only accessible by boat. The travel it took to get there was quite interesting. We took a puddle jumper from Belize City to Dangriga and then a very bumpy boat ride to the island.

In The 6 For Our 6th {Anniversary}

Yay!! Finally sharing our anniversary trip to Toronto!!! These last few weeks have been completely bonkers with packing, unpacking, washing and repeating on the to do list. We had never been to Canada and with Zika ruining most of our travel plans, we decided to head north. We started our trip in Buffalo, NY with a visit to Niagara Falls. With such a short drive into Canada we figured why not fly into Buffalo and see the falls. It was breath taking and my pictures do it no justice. It was crazy to see Canada just across the water.

5 Year Anniversary Celebration In D.R

God has been so merciful and his blessings upon our lives never ceases to amaze me. Traveling has always been our favorite thing to do since our first trip together to the Bahamas while dating for 2 months. Being married to him has opened my eyes to so many things that I could have never imagined God would do for me. Besides constantly being reminded that I married the most amazing man, I get to see the world with him. We get to experience God's wonders and appreciate all that we have here living in America. Tj and I will be celebrating 5 years of marriage at the end of this month. We have been beyond blessed to spend our anniversary in different parts of the country and world every year. This year we celebrated a little early and invited our parents along for the ride. And because they were to come, we couldn't leave Nelly behind this time. Unfortunately my parents ran into some road blocks regarding their passports and weren't able to make it. Tj's parents made the trip so Nelly got another stamp in her little blue book. This year the destination was the Dominican Republic.

Jamaican Me Crazy!!! 3 years of Wedded bliss!

Mr. Hazley and I had already planned this trip to Jamaica very strategically just in case we were pregnant! As I said before I had looked forward to indulging in the all inclusive swim up bars, not this time. But still the trip was amazing!! We did our usual exciting adventures including tubing a river and climbing Dunn's River Falls! "It's not dangerous" they said, "no problem if she's pregnant" they said, as my Grandma would say "SHHHHiT"! Somebody lied, I mean, I was ok but we almost saw a gnarly fall and she would have totally been a goner if she kept falling. Tj kept reminding me to fall backwards towards him if I fell. LOL!

No Problem Mon!!

We also got to take some pretty cool pictures for our memories of being pregnant at this time and I also wanted to take some pics to reveal on Facebook at a later date! It was the first time that I really had some serious aversion to foods. The Jamaican food, which would have on any other circumstance made me very happy, left me feeling blah!! I wasn't into or excited about ANY of it! I just wanted bland food or Olive Garden, which obviously wasn't possible. I honestly don't know if my sense of smell was heightened but things were definitely starting to get to me. I wasn't nauseous just disinterested. But the trip was a success and now we were that much closer to our first appointment. Thank God for the week away because I was losing it waiting for this appointment. It couldn't come faster!!
